1. Choose your preferred product and theme.
2. For Beach Blessing Videos, simply provide your custom text, name(s), and date after checkout.
3. For Sand Art Videos, please contact us before making payment to share your personal story or creative ideas.
4. We’ll design a draft storyboard (sketch) based on your story and confirm it with you before production.
5. Once the draft is approved, our artist will hand-create your sand art and record it in HD video.
6. You’ll receive your final video via email or download link.

The more personal and detailed your story, the more touching your final video will be. Here’s an example structure:

• How you and your partner met (e.g., in a bookstore, walking hand in hand, or dining together).
• Daily connection moments — like talking on the phone or spending time together.
• Traveling together or sharing adventures.

• For Beach Blessing Videos: one HD video and 2–4 photos, with optional background music.
• For Custom Sand Art Videos: one high-quality video file only (no photos).

Once the storyboard has been confirmed and the artist begins the actual sand creation, no further changes can be made. Please review the draft carefully before approval.

Typically, production takes 2–5 business days, depending on complexity. You’ll be notified as soon as your custom video is ready to download.

You will receive your video in MP4 or .MOV format (high-quality file).

All sand art and beach blessing videos are handcrafted by real artists and filmed in real environments, not generated digitally.

Your video will be delivered via email or a secure download link — no physical shipping required.

Because each video is 100% custom-made, refunds are available only if the work has not yet begun. Once the storyboard has been approved and production has started, refunds are not available, but minor revisions before that stage are free.
